1. life could be so much easier if we didn’t have to somehow communicate ideas into a physical form, to tell them to other people. because their view of things is different from your view of things. puzzle pieces don’t fit. cgp grey had something to say about this. communication is complicated.

2. we do not need that many. can we have, like, 10 at most? one is too restrictive.

3. have you tried studying the intricacies of languages? there are so many quirks and so many inconsistencies! and there are so much languages around the world too, each one incompatible with the other. somebody even wrote a poem about this!

4. have you tried being a nonbinary person in a country where local grammar is not adapted to gender-neutrality? hell on earth.

5. translation is hell. and i say this as a person who is seeking a career in that front. just take one of the first things that you see on an iOS lock screen on a touch id phone: “Press “Home” to unlock.” do you know how long that is in russian? “Нажмите «Домой», чтобы разблокировать”. why is it like that? many such cases.

that is a very vague question. because It Depends.

as for the first part, it really depends on your use cases of tech. well, at least i can recommend iPhones? they’re always good.

as for the “don’t buy” part: non-mini homepod (overpriced at 300$, compared to the 100$ price of the homepod mini), M2 macbook air (terrible (non-existent) cooling system if you plan to max out your cpu for more than 5 minutes) and the studio display (please just get a normal display i beg you, it isn’t worth it).
